📥 Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions:

• Forgot a journal or entry password?
  Unfortunately, for security reasons, we cannot recover lost passwords.
• Exported file won’t open?
  Make sure you’re entering the correct password used for that journal.
• Can’t find a journal?
  Ensure the app wasn’t uninstalled or data manually cleared. All data is stored locally.
